Every package has its own unique tracking number.

Unfortunately, there may still be occasional delays in certain areas. However, feel free to send us an email if you have any concerns about your purchase.

We are a small business with big ideas, so please bear with us if it takes a few days to get your packages out to you.

If you find that you are not entirely happy with your Solar Buddies when they arrive, please send us an email at help@solarbuddies.co.za. Make sure to include your order number and provide as much detail as possible about why you are not satisfied with your purchase.

We have a very straightforward refund or exchange policy to build trust and reassure you that you can buy with confidence.

If your purchase arrives damaged or is missing any parts, please contact us immediately. We will do everything we can to ensure a replacement is sent out to you swiftly. Note that every order is hand-packed, and we perform thorough quality checks before dispatching.
